Provider plans (Solo, Practice, Enterprise) give therapists a dashboard to view client insights, send support, and prepare for sessions. Your clients subscribe to EMDRly on their own. Client licenses are an optional add-on where you pay for your clients' access directly, so they get the app at no cost.
When you purchase client licenses, you'll receive invitation codes to share with your clients. Once they activate a code, they get full app access at no cost. You can reassign licenses as clients complete treatment.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
